Yes. Chase says its branches will be open on Columbus Day, Monday, October 12, 2026. However, Chase treats the date as a holiday for online transactions, so branch access does not mean transactions will process as usual. Check the hours of your chosen branch before you go.
What’s open at Chase on October 12?
Chase’s official holiday schedule lists Columbus Day 2026 as October 12 and says branches will be open. The schedule does not specify the hours of individual locations, so do not assume your branch will keep its usual hours.
To check a location, use Chase’s branch and ATM locator. Search by address, city, or ZIP code and review the selected branch’s posted hours.
How will Chase online transactions be affected?
Chase treats Columbus Day as a holiday for online transactions. The date can affect when transactions are delivered or processed, even though branches are open.

Which online services are not affected?
Chase says other services available through an online profile, including account activity and information reporting, are not impacted by holidays. That is separate from transaction processing and delivery, which may follow the holiday rules above.
