Which Pacific Palisades home is this?
This is the contemporary residence the Los Angeles Times reported Hanks and Wilson bought from Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall in February 2010. The Times said the sale price was listed by Blockshopper at slightly more than $26 million. The amount describes the reported transaction at that time; it should not be treated as a present-day valuation.

The home is not the Spanish-style Pacific Palisades villa that the Los Angeles Times reported Hanks sold in 2014 for $5.025 million. That was a separate property, and the Times distinguished it from the much larger Kennedy-Marshall home.
