Is the house next door part of the current compound?
No, based on the published ownership reporting. The neighboring home was a separate 1930s Tudor-style property. Architectural Digest reported that Rihanna bought it for $10 million in April 2021. Although that article described the combined footprint of the two properties as about an acre and more than 11,000 square feet, those figures apply to the combined properties at that time—not to the contemporary main mansion alone. In July 2023, Architectural Digest reported that the Tudor-style house sold for just under $10.3 million and that Rihanna still owned the next-door $13.8 million residence at that time.
