The reported purchase price is about US$20 million, but the home’s exact size and bathroom count vary by outlet, and those figures should be read as reported details rather than a verified property listing.
Where is the mansion, and what was its reported price?
Entertainment and property coverage places the home in Encino, Los Angeles, and associates it with Chopra and Jonas. Financial Express described it in February 2026 as a 20,000-square-foot property and reported a price of about $20 million (Financial Express).
A 2025 retrospective by realestate.com.au reported that the couple paid US$20 million in 2019, presenting that sum as A$30.8 million (realestate.com.au). The Australian-dollar figure is a currency presentation of the reported US-dollar transaction, not a second purchase price. Neither figure is a current valuation.
What does the home include?
The Indian Express’s June 2025 account lists seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a basketball court, a wine room and an indoor bowling alley (The Indian Express). The amenities suggest a home designed around both entertaining and recreation: a dedicated wine room and bowling lane sit alongside a court for sport.

Pool and outdoor space
Vogue India’s photo-led tour describes an infinity pool and a backyard facing the city, and lists seven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms (Vogue India). That account offers a view of the property’s outdoor setting, but it does not make the differing bathroom count definitive.
Why do published bathroom counts differ?
Vogue India lists eleven bathrooms; The Indian Express lists nine. Both publications report seven bedrooms. Without a verified listing or owner confirmation in the cited coverage, the discrepancy cannot be resolved, so the bathroom figures are best treated as outlet-specific reports rather than a settled specification.

In August 2026, The Indian Express reported that a lawsuit filed in May 2023 alleged problems developed with the pool and spa after the purchase (The Indian Express). That is a report of allegations, not a court finding. The cited coverage does not establish the lawsuit’s outcome, whether repairs have been completed, or who currently lives in the house.
