Eva Longoria and José Bastón’s Beverly Hills estate was listed in 2023 for about $23 million—not confirmed to have sold for that amount. Architectural Digest described a roughly 11,000-square-foot contemporary Spanish-style home on just under 1.5 acres, with eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a long list of indoor and outdoor amenities. Here’s what the reported listing revealed, and what is known about its price history.
What the reported $23 million price means
Architectural Digest reported that the property returned to the market in March 2023 with an asking price of $22.9 million. Mansion Global reported the figure more precisely as $22.888 million. Both are listing prices, not evidence of a completed sale at that price. Architectural Digest and Mansion Global covered the 2023 listing.
The couple reportedly bought the estate in 2017 for $13.5 million, a figure Mansion Global attributed to PropertyShark records. That purchase price and the later asking price are different kinds of figures; the available reports do not establish what the home ultimately sold for, if it sold.
How the estate is laid out
Architectural Digest described a contemporary Spanish-style residence of about 11,000 square feet on just under one-and-a-half acres. Mansion Global gave the lot size as 1.42 acres. The house has eight bedrooms and nine full bathrooms plus two half bathrooms, along with an attached four-car garage.

Arrival and shared interior spaces
Inside, oak floors and tall ceilings lead to a double-height foyer with a circular skylight and a floating wood staircase. The estate includes a library with a fireplace and access to the backyard, as well as a sit-down wine cellar. The media room is described with red velvet curtains and a charcoal bouclé sectional.
Mansion Global’s account of the listing also names a formal dining room and a Taschen library. These are listing details reported by the publication, rather than an independent inventory of the home’s contents.

The kitchen and primary suite
The main kitchen has an island and an eat-in area, with a separate prep kitchen intended for entertaining. Longoria told Architectural Digest that the kitchen was her favorite room “because that’s where the heart of the home is,” while adding that she wished it were bigger. The publication said the comment came from a 2022 interview.
The primary suite includes a large walk-in closet and a stone-clad bathroom with a windowed soaking tub and a separate glass shower. Mansion Global also noted double ovens and a breakfast nook.

Outdoor amenities and fitness spaces
The grounds include an astroturfed lawn and a pool with a Baja shelf, alongside a cabana with a wet bar. Covered and uncovered patios provide additional outdoor space, according to Mansion Global’s description of the listing.
A separate glass-walled gym is positioned to take in canyon views and connects indoor and outdoor settings. The property also has a fenced paddle tennis court with night lighting and a pavilion. These amenities were among the features reported in the 2023 coverage; the articles do not establish whether they remain unchanged.

What is known about the later listing
In November 2024, El País reported that Longoria had put her Beverly Hills home up for sale again while spending most of her time in Mexico and Spain. That report does not confirm a later sale or establish who owns the property now. It is therefore not possible, on these reports alone, to describe the estate as currently listed, sold, or still owned by Longoria and Bastón. El País reported on the later sale effort.
