ZoStox Inventory is described by third-party directories as a cloud product for stock, orders and invoices, with one comparison also listing India-specific tax documents and warehouse functions. Those ZoStox capabilities are not confirmed by vendor documentation, so buyers should verify them directly before deciding.
What each product is documented to do
inFlow Inventory
inFlow’s product materials describe stock and order visibility, purchasing and sales workflows, product-level location and reservation information, transfers, inventory counts, reorder points and notifications. Its barcode features include generating, designing, printing and scanning labels, with USB scanners, smartphones and its rugged Smartphone Scanner offered as scanning options. These are vendor descriptions, not independent tests.
For ecommerce, inFlow says it connects directly to Shopify and WooCommerce with two-way sync: orders come into inFlow, tracking numbers are returned, and stock is updated across channels. It also describes lot and batch tracking, serial-number tracking, expiry dates, separate location tracking, and sync with QuickBooks Online and Xero. Plan eligibility and configuration should be confirmed for the business’s specific setup.
The vendor says it connects with more than 90 shipping, ecommerce and accounting services, naming Shopify, WooCommerce, QuickBooks Online and Xero as examples. Its B2B Showroom supports customer-specific catalogs and ordering; buyers can pay online in the US and Canada, according to the product page. inFlow distinguishes Inventory for balancing stock and incoming/outgoing orders from Manufacturing, which adds assembly or kits. Its homepage positions its offerings for solo entrepreneurs through teams of 50 and also describes Stockroom.

inFlow’s homepage claims that more than 50,000 businesses use its products. Its ecommerce page reports more than 20 million products tracked, 1.9 billion orders processed annually and a 96% customer satisfaction score. These are vendor-reported figures accessed October 8, 2026; methodology, sample and measurement details are not provided in the cited materials, so they are not independent evidence of product quality or comparative performance.
ZoStox Inventory
TechJockey describes ZoStox Inventory as a cloud-based product associated with XAAS Genie Consulting for stock, orders and invoices. Its directory listing says “Price On Request.” No official ZoStox product documentation was located, so treat these as directory claims rather than confirmed vendor specifications.

How to compare them before committing
- Write down the must-have work. Include receiving, counts, transfers, replenishment, order fulfillment, invoicing, returns, barcode use, assembly, wholesale ordering and any serial, lot or expiry controls. Ask for a ZoStox demonstration of each requirement; inFlow has published descriptions for many of these workflows.
- Test regional compliance separately. For GST invoicing, delivery challans or e-way bills, request a current ZoStox demonstration and documentation, and confirm which regional rules apply to your business. A directory feature list is not enough to establish compliance.
- Map every integration to a real system. List your storefront, accounting package, carrier and any API needs. inFlow names several integrations, but you should confirm the exact connection and plan eligibility; ask ZoStox for an authoritative current list.
- Request comparable commercial terms. inFlow advertises a free 14-day trial and says a mandatory onboarding package is purchased with a subscription. Precise current plan prices were not established in the available materials. ZoStox is listed as “Price On Request.” Ask each seller for a quote covering users, order volume, integrations, onboarding, taxes, support and data migration.
- Run a practical evaluation. Use real products, locations, users and edge cases in a live demonstration or trial. Check the steps your team must perform and the records it needs to retrieve; marketing claims and directory ratings do not establish ease of use, performance, reliability or support quality.
