When did the TES-45 application window open and close?
Scroll reported the February 1 opening in its January 20 announcement and confirmed it in an opening-day report on February 1. Contemporary coverage generally listed March 2, 2021 as the closing date. Scroll’s March 2 report said applications were accepted through noon that day: Scroll, March 2, 2021.
The exact closing date and time are not settled by the available reports. A secondary notice reproducing an Army update gave March 1 at noon instead: Defence Guru, January 21, 2021. The original TES-45 notification is not available here to resolve the discrepancy. India Today’s page also contains a March 21 date in its summary, but its detailed dates give March 2; March 21 should not be treated as the deadline.
