How candidates were told to download the 2023 result
The following was the route published when the result was announced; it is not confirmation that the old scorecard endpoint remains available today.
- Open IDBI Bank’s official website and go to the Careers section.
- Choose “Results of Various Recruitment Projects.”
- Look for “Recruitment of Junior Assistant Managers through Admissions to IDBI Bank PGDBF-Grade ‘O’ 2023-24.”
- Open the result notice and enter the requested registration details.
- View the result, then download or print it for your records.
These instructions and the announcement date were reported by Scroll on 23 November 2023. The report said registration details were required. IDBI’s careers archive lists the 2023–24 JAM through PGDBF recruitment, but the accessible listing does not verify a live individual scorecard page. If you cannot find the named entry or retrieve the result, the historic instructions alone cannot establish its present availability.
What the 2023 exam and recruitment involved
Scroll reported that the online test took place on 20 October 2023 and consisted of 200 questions for 200 marks. It also reported a penalty of one-fourth of the marks assigned to a question—0.25 mark per question in the reported format—for each wrong answer. These are details from the news report, not the IDBI recruitment advertisement.

IDBI Bank’s Advertisement No. 8/2023–24 listed 600 provisional vacancies. The bank reserved the right to modify or cancel that number, so it should not be read as the final number of appointments. The advertised route included a one-year PGDBF: six months of classroom study, two months of internship and four months of on-the-job training. Successful course completion and the other eligibility conditions were required for induction as a JAM, Grade O. See the official IDBI recruitment advertisement.
What is and is not confirmed now
The historical announcement and retrieval instructions are documented, and IDBI’s archive listing confirms that the recruitment existed. The available archive information does not confirm whether the old individual scorecard endpoint remains live, nor does it establish the final selection outcome. No cutoff, individual score or final hiring total is established by these sources.

IDBI’s recruitment advertisement states: “the Bank has not hired or authorized any agency or organization or any individual to recommend or recruit any personnel on its behalf or collect any money or commission or charges for recruitment or training or coaching, etc.” Treat requests for payment by someone claiming to secure recruitment or a result as inconsistent with that notice.
