Which IBPS SO cycle does the upload link belong to?
IBPS conducts Specialist Officer recruitment through cycle-specific Common Recruitment Processes (CRPs). A link, date or instruction for one cycle does not establish the availability or deadline for another.
The report matching this article’s headline concerns CRP SPL-XIV and says eligible candidates could upload documents through the IBPS website. It does not establish the exact opening or closing dates. The official CRP SPL-XV document-upload page is for a different cycle and lists online upload commencement as 17 December 2025. That is an SPL-XV date, not an SPL-XIV date or confirmation that any upload window remains open.
Use the IBPS homepage to navigate to the recruitment page for the cycle named in your call letter. Do not assume an old registration or upload link is still active.

How to check the correct upload link and deadline
- Open the official IBPS website and locate the Specialist Officers recruitment page for your CRP cycle.
- Compare the cycle label on that page with the one in your interview call letter and application details.
- Read the cycle’s notification and call letter for the upload window, document list, file format and submission instructions.
- If the official cycle page provides a registered-candidate login, follow its displayed instructions and use the credentials requested there. The SPL-XV page, for example, asks already registered candidates for a registration number, password or date of birth, and a security code.
The SPL-XV notification says candidates must upload soft copies of requisite supporting documents in PDF format through a link on the official IBPS website. Apply that format requirement only where your own cycle’s notification says the same.
What documents may be needed
IBPS’s SPL-XV notification gives examples of documents candidates may need to support eligibility and identity. Its list includes a valid interview call letter, the system-generated application printout, proof of date of birth, photo identity proof, and educational qualification marksheets or certificates. Category-specific or other documents may also apply.

This is not a universal checklist for every candidate or cycle. IBPS’s FAQs Related to CRP Projects directs candidates to the applicable notification and interview call letter: “The notification /call letter elaborately indicates the list of documents to be submitted at the time of interview.” Use those documents to confirm what applies to you, including the required format for category or disability certificates under the relevant notification and government guidelines.

Online submission does not replace bringing documents to the interview. The SPL-XV notification calls for candidates to produce original documents and self-attested photocopies supporting eligibility and identity at the interview. Check your own cycle’s call letter for its instructions, and prepare both the upload files and the physical documents it requires.

- Confirm that you are on the official IBPS site and viewing the correct CRP cycle.
- Check the cycle’s notification and your interview call letter for the upload period and access instructions.
- Do not use a date from another cycle or assume that an older upload page is active.
- If the relevant official page does not show an active link or the instructions are unclear, follow the contact or help information in that cycle’s official materials.
