What were Meow Points?
The release said the project planned a 30-day Tap-to-Earn period after the TGE in which participants could earn Meow Points. It said those points would later be convertible into IAMDOG tokens through an upcoming airdrop. This describes the proposed campaign in the 2024 announcement; it does not establish that the campaign ran, that points were converted, or that a distribution took place.
What does Matchain’s later update establish?
Matchain’s May 30, 2026 company update gives context about Matchain, not confirmation of IAMDOG’s status. The company reported more than 1.9 million consolidated identities, 32 million wallets, over 1 billion transactions to date, and around 3.3 million transactions per day. The update also said Matchain’s $MAT token had been in full circulation since June 19, 2025, with listings on at least 11 exchanges, and that its Genesis airdrop had completed on schedule. These statements concern $MAT, not IAMDOG; they do not verify IAMDOG’s launch or airdrop.
