That exam date has passed, and the current status of the old download link has not been verified. The historical instructions below are based on Scroll’s report published February 19, 2024.
What the 2024 admit-card notice covered
Scroll reported that the Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) had made the admit card available for the Civil Judge (Junior Division) recruitment under Advertisement No. 01/2024. The recruitment covered 174 vacancies—129 actual and 45 anticipated, according to the report.
The preliminary examination was scheduled for March 3, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Since that date has passed, this is a historical notice, not an announcement of an upcoming examination or a newly released card.
How candidates were directed to download the card
Scroll’s February 19, 2024 report directed candidates to the official HPSC website, hpsc.gov.in. It did not verify whether the old admit-card link remains active today.

- Select the link labeled “Click Here To Download Admit Card For The Posts Of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Advt No. 01/2024.”
- Enter the requested login details and submit them. Scroll’s report did not specify which credential fields the page required.
- Check the displayed admit card and download it.
- Print a copy for reference.
Print and check the admit card
Scroll reproduced the notification’s direction to print the card on A4-size paper so the photograph and other particulars could be seen and verified. The reproduced instruction warned that candidates with small admit cards or unclear photographs or signatures would not be allowed into the examination centre, and advised candidates to read all instructions on the card carefully.
- Use A4 printer paper and ensure the photograph, signature and other particulars are legible.
- Read the instructions printed on the admit card carefully.
These printing instructions apply to the 2024 notice as reported by Scroll; they do not establish whether an old download link or examination-related service is still available.

The release report was published by Scroll Staff on February 19, 2024: “HPSC HCS (Judicial Branch) 2024 admit card released; here’s direct link.” The report identified hpsc.gov.in as the download destination, but the current status of the historical link is unverified.
