The exams were scheduled for September 8, 2024, so this is a historical release notice, not an active download announcement. Scroll reported that candidates could reach the relevant card through HPSC’s site, but its 2024 links should not be assumed to work now.
Which HPSC posts were included in the September 6, 2024 release?
Scroll’s September 6 report identified four recruitment groups: MVO; AE in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines; Manager (Electrical); and SDE (Electrical). Scroll reported 146 vacancies across this recruitment drive. That figure is the report’s count and is not independently confirmed here against an accessible HPSC notice. Scroll’s September 6, 2024 report is the source for the post list and reported vacancy total.
What was the exam date?
The report said the examinations for these posts were scheduled for September 8, 2024. That date has passed; the announcement does not provide a current exam schedule or establish that its admit-card links remain available.
How did the reported HPSC admit-card download process work?
Scroll’s 2024 instructions described this sequence for candidates at the time:

What print format did HPSC specify?
A separate Scroll report dated September 19, 2024, covering other HPSC admit cards, quoted an official instruction to print on A4 paper so the photograph and particulars could be checked. Scroll reproduced the notice as saying: “Candidates are directed to download the admit card and take print of the same on A4 size paper so that their photos & other particulars can easily be seen / verified. Candidates having small size Admit Cards with unclear photos / signatures will not be allowed to enter the Examination centre,” The linked HPSC PDF could not be verified, so this wording is attributed to Scroll’s report rather than independently checked against the PDF. Scroll’s September 19, 2024 report supplies that quotation.
