For an order shipped by TikTok, enter its tracking ID on TikTok Shop’s official tracking page. The page accepts tracking IDs from the last 60 days and shows shipment events and a delivery estimate. If tracking is missing or has not changed for several days, check the ID and then contact the seller or TikTok Shop Customer Support.
Track your order on TikTok Shop’s tracking page
- Open TikTok Shop Tracking.
- Enter the tracking ID for your shipment. TikTok’s page says it accepts IDs from the last 60 days.
- Review the shipment events and delivery estimate. TikTok says the page combines updates from the logistics partners involved in the shipment.
This dedicated page is for orders shipped by TikTok. If you need the tracking ID, check the order details in TikTok Shop.
Why tracking may be missing or look different
No tracking results or a gap in updates
First, check that you entered the correct tracking ID. A parcel may not have received its first carrier scan yet, or logistics systems may still be processing an update. If several days pass without new information, contact the seller or TikTok Shop Customer Support.
TikTok and a carrier show different events
A shipment can pass between logistics providers. TikTok gives the example of TikTok Logistics handling an early stage and a local carrier completing delivery. A carrier’s page may show only its part of the route, while TikTok says its tracking page combines partner updates. A shorter event list on a carrier site does not by itself mean the parcel is lost.

Your order is past its estimated delivery date
TikTok lists high order volume, severe weather, and supply-chain or customs delays as possible reasons for a late delivery. These are examples, not a diagnosis of a particular shipment. Contact the seller or TikTok Shop Customer Support for help with your order.
