Order personal checks through Chase online

Go to Chase’s personal check-ordering page and sign in. Chase’s instruction is: “Sign in to choose your check design.”

Choose a check design and review the order details. Chase says the cost and any available discounts appear before you submit.

Check the address printed on the checks. You can change it during the ordering process. If you need to change the mailing address on file, Chase directs customers to chase.com/Update; that is separate from changing the address printed on checks.

Review the final cost, including any applicable shipping costs and taxes shown, then submit the order.

Chase does not publish one universal check price on its order page. For example, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.’s Massachusetts personal-account fee document, effective March 15, 2026, lists check or supply orders as “Varies” based on products purchased, shipping costs, and taxes; it also notes that fees may be waived for some account types. That Massachusetts document is not a universal fee schedule.

Can you order checks in the Chase Mobile app?
The public Chase instructions do not document a verified app-screen sequence for ordering checks, so menu names and taps cannot be confirmed. If you do not see an order option in the app, use Chase’s signed-in check-ordering page or visit a branch rather than relying on unverified app directions.
Chase does document a different check feature in the app: after a check clears, you can select the check icon beside its number to view or print the image, zoom in, or save it as a PDF. Chase says these images are available for up to three years. This feature is for viewing cleared checks, not evidence of an in-app ordering flow.

Order checks at a Chase branch
Chase says personal checks can also be ordered at any Chase branch. This is the verified alternative if the online order option is unavailable or you would rather handle the order in person. The cited instructions do not compare branch and online fees or give delivery estimates.

Chase’s FAQ says you can order checks online if checks come with your account. It does not provide a complete list of eligible account types. Check the signed-in ordering page or contact Chase if you cannot find the option.

If a check is not necessary for the payment, Chase also points customers to Online Bill Pay and Zelle. Chase describes Zelle as a way to send and receive money with people and businesses you know and trust; choose a payment method appropriate to the recipient and transaction.
