Check eligibility and address requirements
Cash App says customers age 18 or older can order a card. A customer aged 13–17 needs a sponsored account. The mailing address must be a physical address, not a P.O. Box. If the app does not offer the order flow for your account, check Cash App’s account and eligibility guidance rather than trying to bypass its requirements.
Review fees and delivery estimates before ordering
Cash App’s published estimates are not identical, and card fees vary by program and type. The estimate and price shown in your order flow are the relevant details for that order; do not assume a single delivery window or fee applies to every card.

- Use your Mastercard Gift Card in the U.S. everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted, including online. Your Amazon.com Balance cannot be used to purchase Mastercard gift cards.

Use the estimate shown when you order as your guide, and check Cash App for any available order updates. When the physical card arrives, activate it before using it. Follow the instructions in the app or included with the card; Cash App’s explainer describes scanning the card’s QR code as an activation method. Its U.S. Terms of Service also say the physical card must be activated by following the mailed instructions before use.

- To access your card information safely, type the complete website address shown on your Gift Card (MyGift.GiftCardMall.com) directly into your browser's address bar. Don't use search engines or shortened versions of the website address, as these may lead you to fake or fraudulent sites. Do not provide any Gift Card details (example: Card Number) to someone you do not know or trust. If you believe you've reached an illegitimate website, contact cardholder service at 1-888-524-1283. Be cautious of phishing sites, there are a variety of scams in which fraudsters try to trick others into paying with gift cards.
- To report your Lost or Stolen Physical Visa Card, call Customer Service 24/7 at 1 (888) 524-1283 to cancel your Gift Card as soon as you can. You will be asked to provide the Gift Card number and other identifying information.
- Use your Visa Gift Card in the U.S. everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted, including online.
If you are ordering a replacement for a lost or stolen card
Report the missing card in Cash App’s card area, then use the card settings to request a replacement. The Prepaid Card Program Agreement describes the path as Card > Report Lost Card. Replacement options and fees depend on the card program and type, so review the amount presented before confirming.
Under the Prepaid Card Program Agreement, reporting a card lost or stolen may cancel both the physical and virtual cards and result in new cards being issued when the customer has both. That consequence is stated for that agreement and should not be assumed to apply to every card program.

If you suspect unauthorized activity, contact Cash App promptly through the support options in your account and review recent transactions. Do not share your card number, PIN, sign-in codes, or other sensitive details with someone who contacts you claiming to help.
