To create a Quotex account, first check whether the service is available where you live, then complete the registration form on Quotex’s official site with accurate details and an email address you can access. Registration is separate from depositing money: Quotex says demo practice is available without registration, while real-money trading involves funding an account and risking capital.
Before you sign up: check eligibility
Quotex’s homepage lists the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, countries in the European Economic Area (EEA), Israel and Russia among areas where its service is unavailable, and says users must be at least 18. The signup form also asks applicants to declare that they are not a US citizen or resident for tax purposes. Availability and requirements can change, so check the live Quotex homepage, the registration screen and the rules that apply where you live. Do not try to bypass a regional restriction.
The form’s US tax-status declaration is not a substitute for checking local rules. The cited pages do not establish Quotex’s regulatory authorization in every jurisdiction, so do not treat the existence of a signup form as confirmation that the service is authorized or suitable where you are.
How to register for Quotex
- Open the official registration page. Use Quotex’s live sign-up page and check that the site currently accepts registrations from your location.
- Enter the requested details. The form displays fields for country or region, currency, email and password. A promo code field is optional. Provide accurate, complete information, as Quotex’s payment policy says users must provide requested information.
- Verify your email address before submitting. Quotex warns that the email cannot be changed later and that using an incorrect or nonexistent address can make withdrawal from the account impossible. Use an inbox you can access and check the spelling carefully. Quotex’s registration guide describes an email verification step; follow the instructions shown on screen if verification is requested.
- Review the declarations and terms. The form asks you to confirm that you are at least 18, accept the Service Agreement and declare that you are not a US citizen or resident for tax purposes. Read the applicable terms before agreeing.
- Submit the form and follow any on-screen confirmation steps. The pages cited here do not establish that every user will be asked for the same verification documents at the same point in registration. Respond to any request through official Quotex channels.
Demo practice versus real-money trading
Quotex’s homepage says demo trading is available without registration and currently displays a demo balance of US$10,000. The same page displays a US$10 minimum deposit for real trading. These are Quotex’s current page claims, not independently verified figures; check the homepage and terms before relying on them. A displayed minimum is not a recommended deposit, and demo results do not establish what you will earn or lose with real money.

| Path | What Quotex currently says | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Demo practice | Available without registration; homepage displays a US$10,000 demo balance (Quotex homepage; current displayed claim, no publication year stated). | Practice uses a displayed virtual balance rather than your deposited funds. It does not predict real-money results. |
| Real-money trading | Homepage displays a US$10 minimum deposit (Quotex homepage; current displayed claim, no publication year stated). | Funding exposes your capital to loss. Check the current terms, payment options and any provider charges before deciding whether to proceed. |
Registration is not the same as funding or verification
Quotex’s payment policy describes client operations as including providing requested information, opening an account, selecting a deposit method, funding the account and confirming personal data with sufficient documents. That general description does not establish exactly when, or what, verification every user will be asked to complete. Requirements and payment methods may depend on the account and location; check the current official terms before funding.
Quotex says third-party payment providers may charge fees or use their own currency-conversion rates, even where Quotex says it charges no deposit or withdrawal fee. Check the provider’s conditions and the amount you will receive or pay before confirming a transaction.

Do not create a second active account
Quotex says each person may have only one active account and warns that duplicate accounts may be removed. If your account is closed or you cannot access it, contact official support rather than registering another active account. Quotex’s support guidance describes documentation that may be requested when support assesses whether a closed account can be restored; that example should not be taken to mean every new registrant must submit a selfie or the same documents.

Quotex’s official risk warning states: “Trading Forex and Leveraged Financial Instruments involves significant risk and can result in the loss of your invested capital.” The company also says users should not invest more than they can afford to lose and should make sure they understand the risks. These are Quotex’s own warnings, not an independent assessment of the platform or a guarantee of safety.
