For general questions, start at GCash’s Contact Us page to browse the Help Center, chat with Gigi, or choose a calling option. For a specific transaction, open it in the GCash app and tap Get Help. The listed hotline numbers are 2882 for Globe and TM mobile subscribers and (02) 7213-9999 for Globe landline users.

Get help with a specific transaction
- Open the GCash app and select the transaction related to your concern.
- Tap Get Help.
- Choose the option that best matches the issue and follow the prompts.
This route gives support transaction context for routing the concern. If you need to follow up, use the ticket or Chat with Gigi option shown in the relevant help article, or return to Contact Us to select another channel. To check a submitted ticket in the app, go to Profile > Help > My Support Tickets.
Act quickly on scams, lost phones, or unauthorized activity
GCash lists 24/7 support for urgent concerns including scams, fraud, lost or stolen phones, and unauthorized transactions. Use an official channel on the Contact Us page; the regular hotline hours shown there are daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the page does not state a time zone.
