How to reach Coinbase through Help
- Go directly to help.coinbase.com and sign in if you can.

- Under “Contact us,” select an available option such as “Live chat” or “Request a call.” If neither appears, the route may not be offered for that issue or region.

Find the correct phone number and hours
Use Coinbase’s official account-access page to find the number and hours for your country and problem. The page lists 24/7 hours for some account-unlock entries, including USA/Canada/Singapore/Bermuda, the UK, and Ireland/EU; several other listed countries have weekday hours. These examples do not establish a schedule for every location or type of support. Confirm the current listing before calling.
If the page does not list a local number for your situation, Coinbase says to message support. Do not assume a number or schedule published for another country applies to you.

For certain sign-in problems, including losing access to your email, password, or two-step verification, Coinbase directs customers to its contact page. Protect yourself from fake support
Navigate to Coinbase Help yourself instead of trusting a caller, ad, social post, or unsolicited message offering a support number. Coinbase says it will never ask for your password, two-step verification code, or remote access to your computer. Its email safety guidance also warns that sender display names can be faked.
