To see upcoming shifts at Walmart, sign in to OneWalmart with your associate account, open My Time, then choose My Schedule. If you mean hours counted toward benefits eligibility—or hours already worked—use a different tool: those are not the same as your upcoming schedule.
How to see your Walmart work schedule

Go to OneWalmart and sign in with your associate account.

Open the My Time area.

Select My Schedule to view schedule details and upcoming shifts. Walmart lists My Schedule under “Schedule details & tools” on its My Time page.
Schedule details are behind associate sign-in. Walmart’s public page names the tool but does not show the authenticated screen, so labels or steps after sign-in may vary; the public information does not establish a required device or more specific tap sequence.

How Walmart measures hours for benefits eligibility
Walmart’s 2026 Associate Benefits Book directs associates to One.Walmart.com/EBH to check hours during a benefits measurement period. For most part-time hourly and temporary associates, the book gives an average threshold of 30 hours per week for specified initial eligibility checks. For certain field supply chain associates and hourly pharmacists, it gives 24 hours per week. These are benefits eligibility thresholds—not guaranteed shifts or a promise that a schedule will contain that many hours. Hawaii and other classifications have distinct rules, so check the plan document for the rule that applies to your situation.

The book describes measurement at 60-day intervals during the first 52 weeks for eligible part-time hourly and temporary associates, at the 52-week point, and annually after the first year. EBH concerns the hours used for that benefits measurement, not the shifts you are scheduled to work.

Schedule or attendance concern
If a shift is missing, unclear, or appears incorrect, raise it with your manager or People Partner. Walmart’s guidance also identifies the local office or store as a channel for schedule or attendance concerns; its Ethics & Compliance FAQ directs associates to workplace channels such as a manager, People Partner, local office/store, or customer service rather than treating a routine schedule or attendance issue as an Ethics & Compliance matter.

Missing punches, hours worked, or pay
For timekeeping questions, use the relevant My Time resources or ask a manager or People Partner for help. Walmart lists the GTA Portal, GTA Time Clock, and Electronic Time Adjustment as separate time tools on its My Time page; they are distinct from My Schedule. Walmart’s official Wage and Hour guidance states: “You should never perform any work for Walmart without compensation.”
