To check your DoorDash Crimson balance, open the Dasher app, tap Earnings, and find your DoorDash Crimson Available Balance. If you cannot use the app, DoorDash’s account agreement says you can check your available balance by phone at no cost.
Check your balance in the Dasher app
- Sign in to the Dasher app.
- Open the Earnings tab.
- Locate your DoorDash Crimson Available Balance.
DoorDash identifies Earnings as the place to see the Crimson balance; its FAQ does not give separate instructions for iPhone and Android. This is the balance for your Crimson account, not DoorDash consumer-order credits. DoorDash Crimson FAQ

Call DoorDash Crimson support
The Deposit Account Agreement says you may access your Available Balance by contacting the institution by phone at no cost. DoorDash’s Crimson FAQ lists 1-855-973-1040 for account and card questions. DoorDash Crimson Deposit Account Agreement · DoorDash Crimson FAQ
If your Dasher account has been deactivated
DoorDash says deactivation of a Dasher account does not remove access to Crimson account information or funds. The FAQ points to ATM access and an online banking portal as ways to access the account. DoorDash Crimson FAQ

What the Crimson balance represents
DoorDash identifies Starion Bank as the account bank and card issuer, and describes the Crimson card as a Visa debit card. The balance is held in the Crimson account; checking it does not require a separate card reader or other device. DoorDash Crimson FAQ
