To check whether Walmart+ store delivery is available at your address, sign in to Walmart.com or the Walmart app, open “How do you want your items?”, and select Delivery. Walmart will show whether a store can serve the address and, if so, available stores and delivery times. Check the cart before placing an order: address eligibility does not guarantee that every item, time slot, or fee will be available.
Check Walmart+ delivery availability for your address
- Sign in to your Walmart account, or create one.
- On Walmart.com or in the Walmart app, select “How do you want your items?” and choose Delivery.
- Review the result. Walmart may say delivery is unavailable from the selected store but show a nearby store that can deliver. If no stores are shown, Walmart says the address is outside the range of store delivery. Walmart’s delivery help gives these steps.
- If a store is listed, select it, save it as your store, and review available delivery times. Add the items you want and confirm availability, the delivery slot, and any fee in the cart before checkout.
What a delivery-eligible address does—and does not—mean
An address result is not a guarantee that a particular order can be delivered. Walmart+’s terms say free scheduled delivery depends on the delivery address, eligible items, inventory, and available time slots. Walmart also says eligible addresses can change without notice, so check again when you are ready to order.
For Walmart+ free scheduled delivery, the current terms and benefit information set a $35 minimum and require an available scheduled slot showing a $0 delivery fee. The $35 threshold and fee rules are Walmart service terms, not a guarantee that every order will qualify; check the cart for the specific order. Express or faster delivery may cost extra. Delivery, shipping, and pickup are different options
Store delivery brings eligible items from a local Walmart store. Shipping is a separate fulfillment method, and pickup is a separate option for collecting an order. An item that cannot be delivered locally may still be available to ship, while a shipping offer does not mean that store delivery is available. What to do when Walmart+ delivery is unavailable
- Another store is offered: Select the nearby store and check its available delivery times and the items in your cart.
- No stores are listed: Walmart says the address is outside the store-delivery range. Check whether Shipping or Pickup is available instead.
- One item cannot be delivered: Check the item listing for shipping availability, or remove the item and review whether the remaining order can be delivered.
- You need to change an existing order’s address: Walmart says a brief window to edit an order may be available. An address outside the service area will be rejected. A delivery order generally cannot be switched to pickup after checkout without canceling and placing a new order. See Walmart’s order-change help.
Where Walmart+ address eligibility applies
Walmart+ membership is for customers with a U.S. billing address, with certain territories handled at Walmart’s discretion. Walmart says benefits are limited in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and its terms exclude international addresses from free delivery. Coverage depends on Walmart’s current service area and terms; check the delivery selector for the address you plan to use. See Walmart+ terms.
