A dividend can appear in the brokerage records without the cash being deposited into the brokerage wallet because Lucky Cement’s payment notices describe electronic payment to the shareholder’s designated bank account.
Before relying on a 2026 figure, open the underlying Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) notice. PSX currently lists a Lucky Cement “Credit of final cash dividend” announcement dated October 9, 2026, but the notice contents are needed to verify the amount, transfer date, eligibility wording and exceptions.

Where a Lucky Cement dividend should appear
The phrase “credited to your brokerage account” can describe several different records. They are not interchangeable.

For the payment route described in Lucky Cement’s directly readable 2025 filing, the bank transaction is the decisive cash check. Use CDC and the broker records to reconcile what you were entitled to and whether the account data was correct.

Check the official dividend event first
Start with the Lucky Cement company page on PSX and identify the announcement for the dividend you expect. Record the fiscal year, dividend type, entitlement or book-closure conditions, and the stated credit or payment date. Do not assume that a “final dividend” notice relates to the most recent financial year without reading the filing.
PSX currently lists an announcement titled “Credit of final cash dividend” dated October 9, 2026. The title alone does not establish the per-share amount, the actual transfer date, the eligible shareholder population or exceptions. The linked filing must be read before you quote any 2026 amount or date to your broker, bank or tax adviser.
A secondary summary reports Rs. 5 per share and an October 8, 2026 credit date for shareholders with valid mandates. That report is provisional until matched against the official PSX notice, so do not use it as proof that Rs. 5 was paid into your account.

Identify the exact dividend notice
Open the relevant Lucky Cement announcement on PSX. Confirm that it is the dividend for the period you held the shares and note the issuer’s stated entitlement conditions. Save a copy or screenshot showing the announcement date and title. If the filing gives a credit date, treat it as the date to begin checking, not as evidence that every shareholder received funds simultaneously.

Search the designated bank account
Review the bank account registered for dividend payments. Search transactions around the issuer’s announced credit date using the bank’s online statement, mobile app or branch-issued statement. Look for a credit that identifies Lucky Cement, its registrar, a dividend descriptor or a similar corporate-action reference. Check the transaction value date as well as the posting date; a weekend, holiday or bank processing cycle can make those dates differ.
Lucky Cement’s October 9, 2025 notice says the final cash dividend was credited electronically into eligible shareholders’ designated bank accounts. Therefore, money may not be sitting in the broker’s cash balance even when the dividend has been paid correctly.

Review CDC Access
Sign in to CDC Access through the web or app available for your account. Look for the dividend, corporate-action or cash-dividend information associated with your securities account. The exact screen names and available records can vary by account type and interface version, so focus on the event description, number of shares or entitlement, amount, status and any payment date shown.

Reconcile the broker ledger
Open the broker’s account ledger, transaction history and periodic account statement for the same period. Search for a Lucky Cement dividend entry, the number of shares used to calculate it, gross and net amounts, withholding or other deductions, and any transfer or adjustment. Download the statement if possible so you have a dated record.
Some broker interfaces show a corporate-action entitlement or income line without moving the money into the broker’s wallet. Compare the broker’s gross amount with the issuer notice and the net amount with the bank credit after applicable deductions. If the broker’s number does not match, ask the broker to explain the calculation rather than estimating from the share price.

Verify the registered payment mandate
If no bank credit appears, ask the relevant CDC participant or broker to confirm the bank details and mandate recorded for your book-entry shares. Lucky Cement’s 2025 notice specifies a complete 24-digit IBAN and says payments were withheld where IBAN numbers and/or valid CNIC information had not been provided. Check every digit of the IBAN, the account-holder name, bank name and the CNIC record.

Request a trace from the correct record owner
Give the broker or CDC participant the PSX notice, your account or sub-account details, the relevant holding period, the bank statement showing no credit and any CDC record. Ask them to confirm whether the dividend was paid, withheld, rejected or returned, and to identify the payment reference or return reason.
For issuer-side shareholder-record or payment-status questions, contact Lucky Cement’s registrar, CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, which PSX identifies as the company’s registrar. Keep copies of every request and the response dates.
What the 2025 filing establishes
The clearest directly readable Lucky Cement payment notice concerns the year ended June 30, 2025. In its October 9, 2025 PSX filing, the company stated that the final cash dividend was Rs. 4 per share, described as 200%, and had been credited electronically to the designated bank accounts of shareholders who supplied an e-mandate with a complete 24-digit IBAN.
“We are pleased to inform you that the Final Cash Dividend @ Rs.4/- per share i.e. 200% for the year ended June 30, 2025 has been credited electronically into the designated bank accounts of the shareholders of the Company who have provided e-mandate with 24-digit complete IBAN numbers.”

The same notice says payments were withheld for shareholders who had not supplied IBAN numbers and/or valid CNIC copies. Rs. 4 per share is therefore a historical 2025 figure. It must not be carried forward as the 2026 dividend.

How to interpret a mismatch
The bank is empty, but the broker shows a dividend
First determine whether the broker entry is an entitlement, an accrued amount or a completed payment. Then verify the bank mandate with the CDC participant or broker. If the mandate was incomplete or the CNIC record was invalid, the amount may have been withheld rather than transferred. Ask for the specific status and the procedure for release.
The bank has cash, but the broker shows nothing
Save the bank transaction and ask the broker to update or explain its ledger. The issuer’s payment route can result in cash reaching the designated bank independently of the broker’s wallet. A missing broker line is still worth correcting because statements are used to track income, deductions and future disputes.
The broker amount differs from the bank amount
Compare gross entitlement, deductions and net payment. Check the number of shares that were eligible on the relevant record date and whether the broker statement labels a tax or other deduction. Request a line-by-line reconciliation; do not infer that a difference is an error solely from the net bank credit.
CDC shows no event
Confirm that you are viewing the correct account, sub-account and date range. Displayed information can depend on account type and interface version. If the PSX notice confirms the event but CDC has no corresponding record, ask the CDC participant to verify the securities account mapping and corporate-action record.
The bank rejected or returned the payment
Ask the bank for the return reason and the broker or CDC participant whether the issuer’s registrar received a rejection notice. Correct the IBAN, account-holder or CNIC information through the required channel, then ask when the registrar will reissue the withheld or returned amount. Keep the original failed transaction or return reference.

PSX guidance recommends reviewing broker statements and CDC sub-account statements periodically and raising discrepancies with the broker. Start with the institution that controls the missing record; sending the same question to every party without the account and payment details usually delays a trace.

Information to gather before opening a complaint
- Lucky Cement’s exact PSX announcement title and date.
- The fiscal period and dividend type stated in the notice.
- Your CDC participant, broker account or sub-account identifier.
- The number of Lucky Cement shares held on the relevant entitlement date.
- A bank statement covering the announced credit window, with unrelated transactions redacted.
- The broker ledger and statement showing any dividend, deduction or adjustment.
- The CDC Access event screen, if available.
- Confirmation of the complete 24-digit IBAN, bank account name and valid CNIC record.
- Any payment, rejection or return reference supplied by the bank, broker or registrar.
Do not send a full password, one-time code, debit-card PIN or online-banking credentials to a broker, CDC participant, registrar or anyone claiming to investigate the dividend. Use the institution’s verified support channel and provide only the identification needed to trace the account.
How to avoid missing a future payment
Keep the mandate current
Whenever your bank account changes, confirm through the relevant CDC participant or broker that the new complete 24-digit IBAN is recorded for dividend payments. Also check that the account-holder name and CNIC information match the securities record.
Save issuer notices
Keep the PSX announcement and any later credit notice with your investment records. The notice supplies the event context that a bank statement alone may not show.

Review all three records
After each announced payment, check the bank, CDC Access and broker statement. This three-way review distinguishes an issuer entitlement problem from a bank-posting problem and from a broker-ledger problem.
Track withheld amounts
If a dividend is withheld because IBAN or CNIC information was missing, record the amount, the correction date and the person or institution handling reprocessing. Updating the details without obtaining a status confirmation leaves no evidence that the withheld payment has been released.
What you can safely say about the latest payment
As of the PSX company-page listing dated October 9, 2026, Lucky Cement has a final-cash-dividend credit announcement. The listing confirms that an announcement exists; it does not, by itself, confirm the payout amount or the date money reached each shareholder. The reported Rs. 5 per share and October 8, 2026 credit date should remain qualified until the official filing is available and checked.
The 2025 filing provides a useful model for checking the current event: identify the eligible period, confirm the issuer’s payment route, verify the complete IBAN and CNIC requirements, and then reconcile the bank and account records. It does not establish the 2026 amount.

The Bottom Line
A Lucky Cement dividend is not confirmed merely because it appears in a brokerage app. Confirm the cash in the designated bank account, use CDC Access and the broker ledger to reconcile the entitlement, and have the CDC participant or registrar trace any missing payment after checking the complete 24-digit IBAN and valid CNIC record.
