Check a ticket on LOTIS
- Open the State Lotteries Department’s LOTIS public results page. Locate the result listing for the lottery named on your ticket.

- Open or download the corresponding result. Use the draw-specific result document rather than a general list or a result page for a different lottery.

Next, compare the ticket number character by character. Look at leading zeros, letter prefixes, series identifiers and spacing exactly as printed. The ticket number seems to match, but the result details differ
Stop and recheck the lottery name, draw number and date. A number match from the wrong draw is not a valid match for your ticket. Return to the official result listing for the ticket’s precise draw before taking any claim-related action.
The app cannot scan the QR code
The government notice describes QR scanning as one way to check; it does not state that a scan must succeed for every ticket. You cannot find the draw on LOTIS
Check that you have selected the right lottery and are looking for the correct draw date and number. The result page is updated over time, and its October 2026 listings are not a permanent catalogue. If the matching draw still is not apparent, use the Directorate’s official contact details rather than relying on an unofficial result repost.
