To check IREDA’s share-price history and filings, first confirm the security identifiers—NSE symbol IREDA, BSE code 544026 and ISIN INE202E01016—then compare exchange price records with dated company documents for the same period. IREDA has been listed on NSE and BSE since November 29, 2023, so its listed-share history begins on that date.
How do I check IREDA share price history?
Use the relevant exchange’s historical-data service and search by the exchange-specific identifier. The issuer is Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA). Its identifiers are listed on the company’s Investor Service Cell page.
| Record | Identifier |
|---|---|
| NSE symbol | IREDA |
| BSE security code | 544026 |
| ISIN | INE202E01016 |
Before interpreting a chart or downloading data, decide which dates and price measure you need. Keep the exchange, date range, frequency, and whether values are closing, intraday, adjusted or unadjusted with your notes. Those fields affect whether two price series can be compared consistently.
Use this workflow
- Confirm the security. Search NSE for symbol IREDA or BSE for code 544026, and confirm ISIN INE202E01016 where available.
- Set the date range. IREDA’s placement document says the shares have been listed on NSE and BSE since November 29, 2023. A request for “all-time” listed-market history therefore starts no earlier than that date.
- Retrieve exchange data. Select the required date range and frequency in the exchange’s historical-data service. Record the exchange and the precise price field and adjustment basis shown.
- Keep the source and scope. Save or note the exchange record and its date range. If comparing NSE and BSE, do not treat the two exchanges as one series; retain each exchange label.
IREDA’s 2025 preliminary placement document includes historical market-price information for specified periods, but that is dated context rather than a live quote. For example, it reports an NSE high of ₹310.00 on July 15, 2024, a low of ₹137.01 on March 17, 2025, and an average of ₹202.32 for the stated calendar-year period. These figures are specific to that document and period; they should not be presented as current prices. See the preliminary placement document for its stated scope and dates.

Where can I find IREDA corporate filings?
Start with IREDA’s investor-relations pages. The company groups results and investor presentations by financial year and reporting period, while its annual-reports area holds annual reports and related statutory documents.
- Financial Results: audited and unaudited results and investor presentations organized by year and period.
- Annual Reports: annual reports and related statutory documents.
- Shareholding Pattern: quarterly shareholding-pattern filings.
- Disclosures and Compliances: company notices and compliance records.
- Investor Service Cell: investor information, including security identifiers.
- IPO: the company’s IPO-related materials.
IREDA’s FY 2024–25 annual report says periodical and other compliance filings are filed electronically on NEAPS/NSE Digital Portal and BSE Listing Centre. The company’s investor-relations section is another route to shareholder information. When a particular filing or announcement matters, check the exchange filing record as well as the company’s investor pages.

How do I match a filing to a price move?
Build a dated comparison rather than assuming an announcement explains a market movement. Put the price date beside the filing’s publication date and the financial period covered. A filing published after a price move cannot, by its date alone, establish what drove that move; even a same-day filing does not prove causation.
For results, preserve the labels used by the company. Its results page distinguishes reporting periods and standalone versus consolidated statements, as well as audited and unaudited results. Record those distinctions alongside the filing date so that unlike figures are not compared as if they were the same measure.

IREDA’s FY 2024–25 annual report identifies the company financial year as April 1 through March 31. Use the financial period printed on each document rather than assuming that a calendar-year chart and a financial-year result cover the same span.

- Identity: The issuer and NSE, BSE or ISIN identifier correspond to IREDA equity.
- Period: The price range and the filing’s reporting period are clear and relevant to the question.
- Price basis: Exchange, trading-day basis, frequency, price field and adjustment status are recorded.
- Filing status: Results are identified as audited or unaudited and standalone or consolidated.
- Dates: The filing publication date is distinguished from the period it reports on and the market date being examined.
- Currency: Historical figures in company documents are not mistaken for current quotes or the latest filings.
Current prices, newer announcements and filing availability can change. Check the exchange and IREDA’s investor pages for the specific date or document you need before making a decision. Price history and disclosures can inform research, but by themselves they do not establish valuation, suitability or future returns.
