Check your PlayStation account wallet balance
Choose the route for the device you have. Each shows the wallet attached to the signed-in account; you do not need to buy anything or redeem another card to view it. Sony’s steps below come from its Singapore English wallet guide. Labels and payment details may differ by account region.

Can you check an unused gift card’s remaining value?
Sony’s published balance instructions explain how to view an account wallet; they do not document a separate checker for the remaining value on an unused physical card. If you have not redeemed the card, these steps will show the existing wallet balance, not the card’s unredeemed value.
If the money is missing or you are unsure whether the card was redeemed
Check the account and transaction history
First make sure you are signed in to the account where you entered the code. Sony says redeemed vouchers appear in transaction details, which you can review in Account Management. Funds and content cannot be transferred between accounts, so a redemption on a different account will not appear in the wallet you are checking. See Sony’s voucher redemption guidance.

Check the code and its region
PlayStation Store voucher codes contain 12 digits, can be used once, and must match the region of the account. A wallet top-up voucher adds funds when redeemed. If the code was entered incorrectly or is for another region, it may not apply to the account you expect. These details are from Sony’s US guidance; voucher availability and rules can vary by region.
Contact PlayStation Support if the problem remains
If you are sure the voucher was not redeemed and it still will not work, Sony advises contacting Support. It may ask for proof of purchase and images of both sides of the voucher. See Sony’s voucher-code troubleshooting steps.

What to know about child accounts
A child account does not have its own wallet and cannot add funds. Eligible purchases are made using the family manager’s wallet, subject to the child account’s monthly spending limit. A wallet top-up voucher must be redeemed on the family manager’s account. See Sony’s payment methods and account guidance and its wallet instructions.
