Where can you buy a Telfar bag?
TELFAR’s official US guidance points buyers to its online shop for restocks. There are three possible routes, but only the brand’s shop and a Bag Security Program announced by TELFAR are direct-from-brand options.

How to buy from an official restock
- Check the official shop: Visit SHOP.TELFAR.NET and open the product page for the bag you want. The help pages do not provide live stock or prices, so use the current listing rather than assuming a particular size or color is available.
- Watch the brand’s announcement channels: TELFAR says restocks are announced through Instagram and TELFAR TV, and offers mailing-list and SMS updates. Sign up through the brand’s site if you want direct alerts.
- Choose the size and color, then review the checkout details: TELFAR’s stated limit is one bag per color, per size, per day. Its US help page says a buyer may order one of each size for a single color on a drop day. See the restock policy.
- Verify everything before paying: Check the shipping address, destination, size, color and checkout total. TELFAR’s policy says an order cannot be changed or canceled after placement.
Is the Bag Security Program open?
TELFAR describes the Bag Security Program as a limited-time preorder event, rather than a permanent product page or a guaranteed alternative when an item sells out. The help page says the next program will be announced in advance, but does not establish a current opening date. Look for a current announcement from TELFAR before treating it as available.
For the program, TELFAR’s help page gives a shipping interval of 3–6 months after purchase. That is a stated estimate for program orders, not the delivery estimate for a regular shop purchase. Payment, shipping and order changes
TELFAR’s policy lists major debit and credit cards and Klarna Pay in 4 as payment methods; financing is not necessarily available to every buyer, and the page includes a California-specific financing-law qualification. Confirm the payment options shown at checkout. Payment methods

These are policy estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Processing and delivery are separate stages, and the international estimate begins after carrier pickup. Check whether TELFAR ships to your country and review the destination-specific total and terms at checkout; the US guidance does not establish every international buyer’s options. What to consider before buying resale
A resale listing may be an option if the style you want is unavailable directly, but TELFAR says it cannot authenticate any bag not sold directly by the brand. Photos, a receipt or a seller’s assurances do not become brand verification. Assess the seller’s evidence and return terms independently, and factor in that TELFAR says it does not offer a bag warranty. Use the official product page and checkout for time-sensitive information, especially before paying or planning around a delivery date.
