You can buy a 1Voucher through FNB eWallet using cellphone banking, the FNB Banking App or WhatsApp. The detailed cellphone-banking route published by FNB is dial *120*321# → Buy → Vouchers → eVouchers; then choose 1Voucher, select an amount and follow the prompts to pay. Check the voucher, amount and recipient before confirming: FNB says a completed online voucher purchase cannot be reversed or cancelled.
Buy a 1Voucher through FNB cellphone banking
- Dial *120*321# from your cellphone and follow FNB’s current prompts.
- Select Buy, then Vouchers, then eVouchers.
- Choose 1Voucher from the available voucher options and select an amount.
- Indicate who the voucher is for, select the account to pay from and complete the prompts to finalise the purchase.
This is the detailed sequence on FNB’s eWallet page. Menu labels or options may change, so use the live prompts. If the voucher option is not available, contact FNB for help.

FNB Banking App
Log in, select Buy, choose the voucher, select the funding account and amount, then follow the prompts to finalise. FNB says the app-based online-voucher service requires an active Personal, Business or Easy Account and the latest FNB Banking App. FNB describes its vouchers as digitally delivered. Select Buy, then eVouchers. Choose the voucher and amount, indicate who it is for and confirm. Follow the current prompts in FNB’s WhatsApp service; see FNB’s eWallet instructions.

Check these details before you confirm
- Voucher and recipient: Verify that you selected 1Voucher and that the recipient details are correct. FNB’s eWallet Terms and Conditions state that an online voucher purchase cannot be reversed or cancelled once concluded.
- Amount: Select from the denominations shown in the transaction flow. FNB’s published instructions do not list the current 1Voucher denominations available through eWallet.
- Fee: FNB says a standard service fee applies to online voucher purchases. Check the current eWallet Pricing Guide before proceeding; the specific fee for a 1Voucher purchase is not stated in the instructions.
- Funding account: Confirm the account selected for payment before completing the prompts.
If the cellphone-banking menu does not match
FNB’s eWallet page gives *120*321# for its detailed voucher-buying route. Its terms also mention *120*277# in connection with an eWallet recipient making an online voucher purchase, but do not provide the same detailed menu sequence there. Since the published references differ, use the current prompts shown by FNB rather than assuming *120*277# is the correct sequence for buying a 1Voucher. Contact FNB if the option is missing.
