Goldberg has been a moderator and co-host of The View since 2007, according to ABC’s 2025–2026 press biography.
Did Goldberg reveal her paycheck?
No. In the Keke Palmer podcast conversation covered by TV Insider and TheWrap on August 4, 2026, Goldberg joked that “the check” was her favorite part of the show and said viewers would be shocked by the amount. She did not give a dollar figure. She also cautioned that celebrity earnings can be lower than the amounts people read about.

Those remarks explain why the paycheck drew attention, but they do not confirm the $6 million estimate. TV Insider’s account and TheWrap’s coverage both report her comments rather than a salary disclosure.

Published figures vary by year and source. Parade’s 2026 roundup recaps older estimates and a more recent description of Goldberg’s pay; these are not directly comparable contract disclosures.
