What does a new Citation Longitude cost?
Textron’s 2025 Fact Book lists the Citation Longitude at a price point of $29.995 million. Treat that figure as a manufacturer benchmark rather than an exact invoice: the evidence does not establish what a particular buyer paid or what a delivery contract will quote.
The amount a buyer ultimately needs to finance or pay can depend on the aircraft and contract. Ask for a current, written offer that identifies what is included and whether the price is a manufacturer price point, a quoted contract amount, or another basis.
How much does a used Citation Longitude cost?
A 2026 Controller.com listing snapshot showed six aircraft listings and a low-price figure of $22.9 million. This is a marketplace listing signal, not a verified transaction value, appraisal, or reliable price for every used Longitude. Some entries were marked “call for price,” and the snapshot does not provide enough detail to normalize the aircraft into a like-for-like valuation.

When comparing used aircraft, check:
- Model year and aircraft hours and cycles
- Configuration and installed equipment
- Maintenance status and upcoming scheduled work
- Engine coverage or program enrollment
- Any included warranty, support, or other contract terms
- Whether the number is an asking price or a completed-sale figure
Those details help explain why two listings may not be directly comparable; the available snapshot does not establish a general used-aircraft value.
What does it cost to operate per hour?
Textron Aviation currently presents two different hourly figures on its own pages. They are not established as equivalent estimates because the available information does not show a shared set of utilization and cost assumptions.

Neither number should be treated as a universal hourly bill or a complete annual ownership budget. Ask Textron or an aviation finance specialist for a tailored estimate based on expected annual utilization and the specific aircraft. Build the estimate from the buyer’s own assumptions rather than multiplying one marketing figure and treating the result as a full ownership cost.

Compare the basis of each number before comparing amounts: the new-aircraft benchmark, a used listing, and a completed transaction are different kinds of evidence. For an actual offer, review aircraft year, utilization, configuration, maintenance condition, engine program coverage, and included warranty or support. Financing and expected utilization also affect a buyer’s personal budget, but the available figures do not establish a full all-in annual cost.

The aircraft’s capabilities help frame what a buyer is paying for. Textron’s current specifications identify the Longitude as a super-midsize jet with two Honeywell HTF7700L engines, maximum range of 3,500 nautical miles, maximum cruise speed of 483 knots true airspeed, and capacity for up to 12 passengers. These are manufacturer maximum or specification figures; they do not mean the aircraft can achieve maximum range, speed, and passenger capacity simultaneously on every mission. Actual performance depends on mission conditions and loading.
