In North America, DELTARUNE costs $24.99 for the game. Chapters 3 and 4 were included in that paid release, and Chapter 5 is a free update—not a separate purchase. The official FAQ says future chapters will also arrive as free updates once ready.
What the $24.99 price covers
The $24.99 North American price is for DELTARUNE as a game, not a separate fee for each chapter. Chapters 3 and 4 were included in the paid release. Nintendo’s US announcement lists the regular price as $24.99 for Switch and Switch 2 and describes Chapters 1–4 as available in the release. Nintendo’s June 24, 2026 announcement identifies Chapter 5 as a free update.

Does the price vary by country or platform?
The official FAQ describes the price outside North America as roughly equivalent to $24.99; that is not an exact currency conversion or a guarantee of the price in every country. Check the official storefront for your region before buying. Nintendo’s cited $24.99 listing is specific to the US Switch and Switch 2 stores; the Steam listing does not establish an exact price for every currency or region.
