Public reporting does not disclose a final dollar amount Jim Edmonds had to pay Meghan King in their divorce. In April 2020, Edmonds’s representative declined to give child-support figures, and a 2021 report confirming the divorce was finalized did not state the financial terms. That leaves the amount unknown from the reporting available—not proof that no figure appears in a private agreement or court record.
What was publicly said about support?
The couple separated in 2019 and had three children. Reports described a prenuptial agreement and a disagreement over spousal-support terms before the divorce was finalized.
Child support: April 2020
King said child support “barely” covered groceries for her family. Edmonds’s representative declined to provide a figure, telling Bravo on April 30, 2020: “We’re not going to give numbers because it’s no one’s business.” The representative also said Edmonds paid bills for the homes, medical bills, and other expenses for the children and household. Those expenses were the representative’s account, not an independently verified accounting. Bravo’s April 2020 report quoted both statements.
Other payments claimed before finalization
In May 2020, Edmonds’s representative said he was voluntarily paying more than three times the child-support amount required by court guidelines. The representative also described payments toward a St. Louis home, a nanny and housekeeper, the children’s expenses, and half the rent on King’s Los Angeles home. The report gave no dollar amounts. Because neither the guideline baseline nor the payment figure was provided, “more than three times” cannot be converted into a reliable estimate. Bravo’s May 2020 report attributes these claims to his representative.

Were those statements the final divorce terms?
No. The statements concerned support and expenses while the divorce was still pending; they do not establish what the eventual settlement or decree required. Child support, spousal support, and payments for housing or household expenses are distinct matters, and the cited reports do not provide figures that allow them to be totaled or compared.
King’s representative said she did not wish to discuss private divorce details. In May 2021, Us Weekly reported that the divorce had been finalized, but did not publish a settlement amount or other final financial terms. Us Weekly’s finalization report confirms the timing, not a payment figure.

The accessible reporting cited here supports no specific final payment total, child-support amount, or spousal-support amount. It also does not establish that a figure is absent from a private agreement or a court record that was not reported in these accounts. Any precise estimate would go beyond what the published statements disclose.
