For an in-stock order from the Crunchyroll US Store, allow 1–5 business days for processing, then usually 2–10 business days for delivery to most US destinations. That works out to a rough 3–15 business days from order to arrival, but Crunchyroll gives those as separate estimates—not a guaranteed total. Preorders, backorders, destination, and how items are grouped can change the wait.
How long does a Crunchyroll order take?
Crunchyroll says an in-stock US Store order usually takes 1–5 business days to process, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. After processing, delivery takes 2–10 business days for most US orders, with timing varying by location. These are two separate stages; adding them gives an implied 3–15-business-day range, not a separate delivery promise. Crunchyroll’s US shipping and tracking FAQ does not give a publication date for these estimates.
What can change the delivery time?
Preorders and backorders
A preorder does not ship until the item is released and ready. Supplier release dates can change, so the expected date may move. A backorder waits for the item to return to stock before it ships. Check the order’s estimated ship date and availability status rather than applying the in-stock estimate to these items. Crunchyroll’s US FAQ and Pre-Order FAQ explain these cases.
Orders with multiple items
Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when preorders have different release dates or in-stock items are held at different warehouses. If the order offers Ship Together, selecting it means the items are held until every item is available, then sent in one package; it can therefore delay the shipment of items that are ready sooner. The US shipping FAQ and Pre-Order FAQ describe these options.

Destination and customs
The 2–10-business-day delivery estimate applies to most US orders after processing. It is not a worldwide estimate. Crunchyroll’s EU tracking FAQ says in-stock items ship within 1–5 business days, but its 2–10-business-day delivery language refers to delivery within the US; it does not provide a universal EU arrival range. International carrier handoffs and customs can add variability. Crunchyroll’s EU tracking FAQ provides the regional distinction.
The US Store says it ships to many destinations, but directs customers outside the US or Canada to the EU Store and notes that product availability can differ by store. Duties, customs charges, or import taxes may also be due separately. Confirm you are ordering from the appropriate regional store and use the estimate shown at checkout for your destination. How to check your order status and tracking
- Check your email. Crunchyroll says it sends tracking details by email once an order is on its way.
- If you are signed in: Open My Orders to view the order status and tracking.
- If you checked out as a guest: Use Crunchyroll’s Order Status workflow with your order number, checkout email, and billing postal code.
- If an older order is missing: Orders placed before July 8, 2024 may not appear in the current account system; contact Crunchyroll support for help locating one.
What to do if tracking says delivered but the package is missing
First check the tracking details and delivery address. Crunchyroll notes that a carrier may mark a package delivered before it arrives and recommends allowing another day. If it still has not arrived, report the issue within 30 days of the delivery date listed by the carrier. See the US shipping and tracking FAQ for the stated guidance.
