Where to find a DoorDash promo code or offer
Start in your signed-in DoorDash account or app and look for available promotions, discounts or credits. DoorDash directs customers to their accounts for credits and discounts, but availability is not necessarily the same for every customer. How to enter a promo code at checkout
- Sign in and check your offers. Review the promotions available to your account before ordering.
- Add eligible items to your cart and go to checkout. For a general promo code, use the promo-code field. If an eligible offer is available to select, use the checkout area for promo codes, rewards and gift cards.
- Use the correct field. Gift-card codes are redeemed in the gift-card field, not the promo-code field.
- Verify the order total. Make sure the discount appears before placing the order. If it does not, do not assume the code will apply after submission. DoorDash’s checkout instructions explain where codes and eligible offers are applied.
Why a DoorDash promo code may not work
Check the offer’s terms against your account and order. DoorDash’s FAQ lists common restrictions, including these:

- Eligibility: An offer may be limited to particular accounts, orders or other conditions stated in its terms.

DoorDash’s promotional-offer terms say offers must be redeemed on DoorDash.com or in the latest app, within DoorDash service areas and hours, and subject to the conditions in the offer and account. The terms also describe default expiry rules when an offer has no stated date, and restrictions on applying promo credits to certain fees, taxes and alcohol purchases.
