Hostinger posts its current job openings on its official careers page. Search or filter for a role, check that specific listing’s responsibilities, requirements and location, then apply through the vacancy page. The hiring process varies by role, and Hostinger says only applicants selected for further consideration will be contacted.

How to find and apply for a Hostinger job

  1. Browse current openings. Visit Hostinger’s careers page and use its keyword search or filters for work area and location.
  2. Open a specific vacancy. Read the responsibilities, requirements, location and any stated work arrangement before deciding whether to apply.
  3. Submit your application on that vacancy page. Hostinger’s application guidance says to select “Apply for this job,” complete your profile and submit it.

Hostinger says it contacts applicants selected for further consideration. Its support guidance does not give a response-time guarantee, so do not assume that silence by a particular date means a specific outcome.

Check the location and work arrangement on each listing

Hostinger describes options to work from home, an office or elsewhere, but those broad statements do not make every job available worldwide. Each vacancy sets its own terms. For example, a Web Designer listing is described as full-time and remote while specifying Spain as its location. Treat the location and eligibility terms in the live listing as decisive.

What to expect in the hiring process

Hostinger describes a typical sequence of stages but says the process differs by role. A recruiter guides candidates through the applicable steps; follow the instructions for your vacancy rather than assuming every applicant will complete every stage.

  1. HR screening call: Discuss what you have built, what you want next and whether the role fits.
  2. Hiring-manager interview: Talk through the problem you would own and what success could look like.
  3. Technical assessment: Depending on the role, this may be live coding, a take-home assignment or a technical discussion. Hostinger says AI tools are allowed and that it focuses on your reasoning, judgment and verification of your work.
  4. Team and stakeholder meetings: Meet people you may work with and others connected to the role.
  5. Mindset Map exercise: Discuss work situations and decisions in relation to Hostinger’s principles. Hostinger says there are no right or wrong answers and that no one is rejected on this exercise alone.
  6. Bar raiser: An independent interviewer provides an additional assessment.
  7. Team decision and feedback: The team makes its decision and provides feedback.

These stages are Hostinger’s description of its usual process, not a guarantee of the exact order or steps for every opening. The company says a recruiter will guide candidates through the role-specific process.

Use the culture and benefits descriptions to assess fit

Hostinger lists ten principles: customer obsession; ownership; learning and curiosity; hiring and developing the best; high standards; freedom and responsibility; focus; bias toward action; courage and candidness; and delivering results. Its careers page also says plans can change quickly, standards are high and rising, and direct feedback is part of how the company works. These are Hostinger’s own recruiting descriptions, not independent findings about employee experience.

The page describes learning and development, flexibility in where and how people work, wellness initiatives, and team events and workations. It does not establish that every benefit applies to every job or jurisdiction. Ask the recruiter which benefits and work arrangements apply to the specific role and location.

Compare Hostinger openings before applying

If more than one vacancy interests you, compare the details that affect both fit and the application process:

  • The work area and core problem the role owns.
  • Required skills and seniority.
  • Location and permitted work arrangement.
  • Employment type.
  • Assessment format and any role-specific hiring steps.
  • Benefits that apply to the role and location, confirmed with the recruiter.

Vacancies can change, so use the live careers page rather than relying on an old opening or a remembered count of available jobs.

Hostinger’s AI claims for job candidates

Hostinger’s careers page reports that 95% of employees use AI in their daily work, that its AI agent handles 90% of customer support, and that 56% of employees have AI agents handling tasks for them. The page does not state a reporting period, methodology or publication date for these figures, and they are company-reported rather than independently verified. For candidates, the practical hiring detail is that Hostinger says AI tools are allowed during technical assessments; it expects candidates to reason about and check their work.
