How much does a HondaJet Elite II cost?
There is no public factory list price in Honda Aircraft Company’s Elite II product specifications; the page directs prospective buyers to a sales representative. The available public figures are secondary-market references, and none establishes what a buyer actually paid.

What does a new Elite II price quote cover?
Ask Honda Aircraft or an authorized sales representative for a written quote tied to the aircraft’s configuration and delivery terms. The public product page offers a sales-representative locator, but does not provide a current factory price. A quote should be evaluated separately from the broader cost of acquiring and operating the aircraft: taxes, delivery, financing and other deal-specific costs are not established by the public figures above.

What affects the price of a pre-owned Elite II?
The public listings cited here do not disclose enough comparable aircraft detail to isolate a reliable price premium or discount for individual features. When evaluating an actual aircraft, request its records and compare like with like:
- Variant and year: Verify serial number, model year and that the aircraft is an Elite II. Do not treat earlier HondaJet family models as direct Elite II comparables.
- Condition and utilization: Review airframe and engine hours, maintenance and inspection status, damage history, and any included maintenance or support programs.
- Equipment and configuration: Confirm installed avionics and safety features, seating layout, and baggage capacity. Honda lists typical layouts of one crew member plus six passengers, or two crew members plus five passengers; other configurations are available.
- Mission fit: Honda publishes NBAA IFR range of 1,547 nautical miles with four occupants, maximum cruise speed of 422 KTAS, and maximum altitude of FL430. These are specifications, not guarantees for a particular route: payload, weather, reserves and operating conditions matter.
- Registration and support: Check local registration, type validation and service support, and verify that the sales channel is authorized for the relevant market.
Honda announced the Elite II in October 2022 with increased fuel capacity and a maximum takeoff weight of 11,100 pounds. The launch announcement also described stabilized-approach assistance and autothrottle, with autothrottle then planned for the first half of 2023. That historical announcement is not confirmation of what is installed on a particular aircraft today; check its equipment records.

For U.S.-registered Elite II aircraft, Honda announced FAA certification of Emergency Autoland on February 4, 2026, and said it was pursuing certification in other international markets. Verify the aircraft’s registration jurisdiction, configuration and applicable approval with the seller and regulator. Honda’s certification announcement.
What does it cost to own and operate an Elite II?
Lightbirds models annual operating cost at $830,930 for 350 flight hours, comprising about $264,000 in fixed costs and $566,930 in variable costs—approximately $1,620 per flight hour in that model. These are an independent broker’s modeled figures, not a Honda estimate or a guaranteed budget. Build a budget around your own expected annual utilization and operating arrangement. Rework the fixed and variable costs for crew, hangar, insurance, fuel, maintenance and engine reserves, and account separately for acquisition-related expenses and financing. A broker’s modeled scenario cannot substitute for quotes and assumptions specific to the aircraft, route, location and ownership plan.

Honda’s pre-owned aircraft page describes HondaJet-specific brokerage services and market research. Lightbirds also advertises HondaJet Elite II acquisition, sale and financing services; its price and operating figures should be treated as broker estimates. Whichever route a buyer takes, arrange an independent inspection and verify the aircraft’s records, configuration, current asking price and availability.

For Brazil, Honda reported type validation and a first delivery in August 2026, and named Lider Aviação as its exclusive authorized sales representative in that country.
