Before the restaurant opened, PerthNow reported on 4 December 2025 that the proposed development was valued at $2.1 million and had received state planning approval more than three months earlier. The report described the site as beside a planned KFC at the corner of Noonan Drive and Wanneroo Road, with a dual-lane drive-through. Those were details reported about the proposal, not a separate confirmation of the completed site’s final specifications.
