Gud Tech’s December 2024 launch announcement said more than 127 million ZRC tokens were staked during the first week of its $GUD distribution, representing $9 million in stated value. That was a project-announcement figure about an early launch period—not a current valuation, a verified total value locked, or proof that the rewards remain available.
What the $9 million figure means
Gud Tech’s announcement, dated December 20, 2024, described the first week of the $GUD launch as attracting “over 127M $ZRC tokens staked” and said they represented “a total of $9M USD in value.” Brave New Coin republished the release on December 21, crediting Chainwire. The figure is therefore a historical value stated by the announcement for ZRC staked during the launch’s first week. The cited release does not identify an independent auditor, onchain query, or data provider for the calculation. It should not be treated as independently verified, as a current market value, or as a measure of today’s staking activity.
How the announced $GUD fair launch worked
The announcement described a staking-based rewards mechanism: participants staked Zircuit’s native $ZRC token to earn weekly $GUD rewards during the fair-launch period. It also gave two supply figures for different parts of the launch:

What Gud Tech said its product offered
The release described Gud Tech as a multichain AI platform for automated finance and said it delivered actionable market intelligence at launch. It presented a risk engine and algorithmic strategies as future features, not as capabilities already established as shipped. Can you still stake ZRC to earn GUD?
The reviewed launch announcement is historical and does not confirm current availability of the fair launch, staking, or ZRC-to-GUD rewards. Zircuit’s official homepage currently describes Zircuit Finance and a liquidity hub for liquid staking or restaking tokens, as well as an EVM-compatible zk-rollup; that information does not establish that Gud Tech or $GUD remains operational. Do not assume the past launch terms are an active offer.
