In the late-day rates reported on January 30, 2026, 24-karat gold was Rs537,362 per tola and Rs460,701 per 10 grams. 24-karat silver was Rs11,069 per tola and Rs9,489 per 10 grams. These are historical reported rates, not current market quotes.
Pakistan gold and silver rates reported late on January 30
Business Recorder reported the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) rates in an article updated at 10:30pm. Pakistan Revenue reported the same late-day prices. The changes below are the reported same-day declines.

Why reports from the same day show different prices
Daily Pakistan’s report, published at 8:46am on January 30, gave gold at Rs572,862 per tola and silver at Rs12,175 per tola. Business Recorder’s later-updated report gave lower rates: Rs537,362 for gold and Rs11,069 for silver per tola. These figures come from reports at different times on a volatile day; they should not be treated as simultaneous prices or as proof that one outlet explicitly corrected the other.

International prices cited in the January 30 update
Pakistan Revenue reported international gold at $5,150 per ounce, down $355, and international silver at $105.94 per ounce, down $11.06. These are figures cited in its January 30 report, not real-time spot quotes.
What affects Pakistan’s reported bullion rates
Pakistan Revenue describes domestic bullion prices as reflecting prevailing interbank foreign-exchange rates issued by the State Bank of Pakistan and movements in international markets. It also cited profit-taking and the international price decline as context for that day’s fall. This is Pakistan Revenue’s explanation; it should not be read as a verified statement of APGJSA’s own methodology.

A reported benchmark rate is not necessarily the amount a jeweler will charge or pay for a particular item. Before agreeing to a transaction, confirm the live rate, purity, weight unit, and any making charges or other terms directly with the seller or buyer. The January 30 figures above are historical.
