On Saturday, 28 March 2026, ARY News reported 24-karat gold at Rs472,062 per tola and Rs404,717 per 10 grams in Pakistan. It reported 22-karat gold at Rs371,004 per 10 grams, while silver was Rs7,454 per tola and Rs6,390 per 10 grams, unchanged from the previous day. These are dated reported market rates, not live prices or guaranteed checkout quotes.

ARY News attributed the domestic rates and daily movements below to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association. Amounts are in Pakistani rupees (PKR); purity and unit are shown for each gold figure.

ARY News published these figures on 28 March 2026. Its 27 March report listed 24K gold at Rs467,262 per tola and Rs400,601 per 10 grams, 22K gold at Rs367,230 per 10 grams, and silver at Rs7,454 per tola and Rs6,390 per 10 grams. UrduPoint, carrying an Associated Press of Pakistan report dated 27 March, also provided that prior-day comparison. Times of Karachi independently reported the same silver rates for 28 March.
What the reported daily change means
The reported 24K gold rate rose by Rs4,800 per tola compared with 27 March. The 10-gram 24K and 22K figures also increased, by Rs4,116 and Rs3,774 respectively. Silver was reported unchanged at both quoted units. These comparisons describe one day; they do not establish a longer-term trend.

International figures reported alongside the local rates
ARY News also reported international gold at $4,493, up $48 from $4,445, and international silver at $69.70, unchanged. The report does not specify a fixing, benchmark, or timestamp for those figures, so they should be read as international prices reported alongside the domestic rates—not as a specifically timed live spot quote.

Pakistan Gold Bullion Exchange describes 999-fine bullion products and says its buy and sell rates are updated several times daily; it advises confirming rates at purchase. That is a separate, changing quote source and should not be confused with the association-attributed rates reported for 28 March 2026.
