Pakistan gold and silver rates on 25 October 2025
ARY News reported the following rates, attributing them to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA):

The same ARY report gave international reference prices of $4,113 per ounce for gold and $48.62 per ounce for silver. These are USD ounce references, not Pakistan retail rates. ARY News’ 25 October 2025 report attributes the local rates to APGJSA and says the rate basis uses interbank exchange rates.
What changed from the previous session
Gold rose Rs 1,800 per tola and silver rose Rs 57 per tola on 25 October, according to ARY News. For comparison, APP-attributed reporting by UrduPoint put 24-karat gold at Rs 431,862 per tola on 24 October; ARY’s 25 October report identifies that as the previous session’s gold figure. UrduPoint’s 24 October report also reported silver at Rs 5,067 per tola.

Why a jeweler’s quote may differ
These figures are association market rates reported for a particular date, not binding prices at every shop. A seller’s actual offer can differ, and the reported rate should be treated as a reference when requesting a transaction quote. ARY said the rates are based on interbank exchange rates and that purity is calculated at 999/24K. It linked the reported rise to gains in the international market but did not quantify the contribution of international prices or exchange rates.

A search result from PKRevenue displaying Rs 431,862 for gold and Rs 5,067 for silver under 25 October appears to carry forward the previous session’s prices. The same-date reports instead support Rs 433,662 per tola for gold and Rs 5,124 per tola for silver: both ARY News and Pakistan Observer’s 25 October report give those closing figures. The date matters: these prices describe Pakistan’s market on 25 October 2025, not today’s market.
