Galaxy Z Fold7 Deals in the U.S.: What You Can Save Without a Trade-In

You may be able to buy the Galaxy Z Fold7 for less without trading in a phone, but the advertised discount depends on when and where you shop. Samsung’s U.S. offers page showed $400 off without a trade-in when checked on October 8, 2026—not $300. A separate Tom’s Guide deal report listed $300 off Samsung’s 256GB model. Confirm the offer and final checkout price before buying.

What does the no-trade-in discount actually save?

Samsung’s U.S. offers page, retrieved October 8, 2026, advertised “up to $1,000 instant trade-in credit or $400 off without trade-in” for the Galaxy Z Fold7. The retrieved page text did not show an end date for the $400 offer, so treat it as a live-page snapshot rather than a guaranteed price.

Tom’s Guide separately reported a $300 reduction on the 256GB model, pricing it at $1,700 against a $2,000 reference price. Its page metadata did not establish when that deal was available, so it is not confirmation that the offer remains live. These are two distinct reported discounts, not a single offer that can be assumed at checkout.

Compare the discount with Samsung’s U.S. MSRP

Samsung’s U.S. MSRP sheet, effective March 2026, lists these unlocked prices. Samsung notes that prices may change without notice.

Storage Samsung U.S. unlocked MSRP
256GB $1,999.99
512GB $2,119.99
1TB $2,419.99

The $300 report’s $2,000 reference price is a rounded figure, while Samsung’s March 2026 sheet gives the 256GB MSRP as $1,999.99. Don’t apply a discount for one storage tier to another: compare the checkout price with the matching storage configuration.

How to check the offer before you buy

  1. Choose the exact configuration. Select the storage capacity, color, and unlocked or carrier-specific version you want. Availability can vary; Samsung’s product page showed some options out of stock when retrieved.
  2. Check Samsung’s live offer. Review the Fold7 listing on Samsung’s U.S. cell-phone offers page, then open the product purchase flow. Confirm the no-trade-in choice and see whether the discount appears for your selected configuration.
  3. Verify the final price at checkout. Check the discount on the order summary before placing the order. The offer page’s retrieved text did not state a Fold7 end date; don’t assume the advertised deal will remain available.
  4. Compare equivalent retailer listings. Tom’s Guide reported a $1,799.99 Amazon price for the 512GB model, but that is a secondary-source deal report, not a verified current listing. Check the live listing’s seller, storage, device condition, carrier lock, shipping, tax, and return terms.

What to compare beyond the headline price

  • Storage: Match 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB across offers.
  • Seller and condition: Confirm who sells the device and whether it is new, renewed, or otherwise not new.
  • Network status: Check whether it is unlocked or tied to a carrier.
  • Availability and delivery: Verify stock, shipping cost, and expected delivery for the specific color and configuration.
  • Returns and total cost: Review return terms and include taxes and shipping when comparing final prices.
  • Offer requirements: Check whether a discount requires a particular selection, code, or other purchase. Do not assume the no-trade-in price applies until it appears in the order total.

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
