In the United States, the latest matching deal coverage reports the Galaxy Ring at $299 without a trade-in, down from its $399 standard price, or potentially $249 before tax with an eligible trade-in worth the maximum $150. These appear to be alternative offers, not discounts to combine. Samsung’s live checkout should be checked before ordering: the matching report was updated June 15, 2026, and no confirmed promotion end date was given.
How the two Galaxy Ring offers compare
The reported $299 price is a temporary promotional price, not evidence that Samsung permanently lowered the Ring’s $399 standard price. The latest matching U.S. coverage describes two ways to save:

The prices and maximum credit are reported by SamMobile’s June 15, 2026, U.S. deal coverage; earlier coverage also described the no-trade-in and trade-in offers as alternatives. The promotion has no confirmed end date in that report, so its availability may change.
When the trade-in is worth using
Samsung’s advertised “up to $150” is a maximum, not a guaranteed value for every wearable. The amount depends on the model and the offer shown in the purchase flow. Compare the actual credit against what you could receive by selling your device, less selling fees, shipping, and the time and risk involved.

- Use Samsung’s trade-in if the live estimate is attractive and your old wearable would otherwise have low resale value or be difficult to sell.
- Take the $299 no-trade-in route if Samsung’s estimate is below your likely net resale proceeds, you want to keep your old device, or you prefer to avoid inspection and shipping uncertainty.
- Pause before either choice if the Ring’s size is not confirmed or the live checkout does not show the expected price.

How to check the price and claim a trade-in
- Open Samsung’s U.S. Galaxy Ring purchase page and select the color and sizing option you want.
- Compare the no-trade-in price with the trade-in route. If submitting a device, select its exact model and condition and review the credit shown in the cart.
- Confirm that the cart applies the offer you expect. Do not subtract both the reported $100 promotion and $150 maximum credit unless the checkout explicitly shows both.
- Before sending a device, back up and remove personal information, disable applicable software locks, and factory-reset it. Photograph its condition and record its serial number; retain the shipment confirmation.
- Review the final price, applicable tax, shipping, financing terms, and return conditions before placing the order.
Samsung’s general U.S. trade-in terms say submitted devices must meet the applicable offer’s eligibility and condition rules. Requirements typically include powering on and holding a charge, having no prohibited damage or blacklisting, being owned rather than leased, and having personal data and software locks removed. Exact terms can vary by device and promotion; review Samsung’s trade-in terms for the offer you are using. Samsung may reduce or reject credit if the device differs from the description or fails inspection.

Check fit and return terms before committing
A smart ring needs a proper fit, and it cannot be adjusted like a watch band. Samsung has offered a sizing-kit route, but check its current availability and terms on the purchase page before choosing a final size. The linked product page says a 5% restocking fee may apply to Galaxy Ring returns, with exceptions such as damaged or defective items; verify the current terms before buying: Samsung’s product-page return information.

Other purchase routes and add-ons
Best Buy runs a separate trade-in program, so its valuation, promotions, and terms may differ from Samsung’s; compare the actual offer rather than assuming the same credit applies. See Best Buy’s trade-in promotions.
SamMobile also reported discounts on selected companion devices, including 25% off Galaxy Watch 8, 25% off Galaxy Watch Ultra, and 10% off Galaxy Buds 4 Pro. Those offers are date- and purchase-flow-dependent, and should be treated as available only if they appear in Samsung’s current checkout. A bundle discount saves money only if you already intended to buy the companion device.
