Frono markets its cloud ERP to garment and textile businesses, particularly wholesalers and distributors. Before deciding, confirm the current plan price and inclusions directly with the vendor, and treat the available review evidence as one person’s dated experience rather than a customer consensus.
What Frono does
Frono describes its product as a cloud ERP for garment and textile businesses, with a particular focus on readymade-garment wholesalers and distributors. Its official site lists sales distribution, billing and invoices, stock and inventory, purchases, price lists, order processing, warehouse management, and reporting. It also describes GST-oriented billing, e-invoicing and e-way bills, barcode-based order taking, multilevel inventory, broker and distributor management, catalogue sharing, and integration with Tally. These are vendor-described capabilities, not independently tested results. Frono’s product and support information

The official Frono page reviewed does not publish plan prices. Before comparing these figures with another ERP or building a budget, request a written quote from Frono and ask what it covers:
- Billing period, number of named or concurrent users, and any user limits.
- Included modules, locations, and any charges for extra features or integrations.
- Data migration, implementation, onboarding, and training costs.
- Support scope, taxes, renewal terms, and any other contract charges.
No specific public contract terms were verified, so do not assume the listed monthly amount is your complete cost.
What the available Frono reviews say

The review, posted August 1, 2024, is by a reviewer identified as Rahul, Founder, Apparel & Fashion. That is a positive but very small and dated sample—not evidence of typical customer satisfaction, nor confirmation that manufacturing features are available now. Ask Frono to demonstrate any functions that matter to your operation and verify their current availability.

Frono’s site also carries a testimonial attributed to Nilash Thakar, Director at Inshan Apparel (brand Noddy), who says the product reduced outstanding payments and streamlined accounting. This is a vendor-published testimonial, not independent proof of typical results. Read Frono’s published product information
Is there a Frono trial or demo?
Trial availability is unclear. Techjockey’s listing gives conflicting answers: one FAQ says no trial or demo is available, while another says the premium plan has a free trial. Frono’s official site describes onboarding, training videos, and live support but does not settle whether a trial or demo is currently offered. Ask Frono directly whether you can see a live demo or use a trial, and whether sample data, training, and support are included during evaluation. Techjockey listing · Frono official site

Use a demo or vendor discussion to walk through your actual processes rather than relying only on a feature list. Compare Frono with alternatives on the points that affect your operations and total cost:
- Workflow coverage: wholesale and distribution, manufacturing, inventory stages, GST billing, warehouse handling, and dispatch.
- Scale: user and location limits, including how additional users or locations change the quote.
- Daily usability: barcode and mobile workflows for the staff who take orders, manage stock, or handle dispatch.
- Accounting: whether the Tally integration and related workflows meet your requirements.
- Rollout: data migration, onboarding, training, and ongoing support responsibilities.
- Commercial terms: current all-in cost, renewal terms, and whether a live trial or demo is available.
Frono describes barcode scanning for order-taking and inventory tasks, but the reviewed sources do not specify supported scanner models, connection types, or compatibility requirements. If scanning hardware is part of your setup, ask Frono to confirm compatibility before buying a barcode scanner for inventory.
