TechTimes reported that Realbase was sold to Domain Group in 2022 for $180 million; the profile does not independently verify the amount or specify its currency. Kinso’s listed features describe what the company says its service does—not proven productivity gains.
From Realhub and Realbase to a new venture
A September 9, 2025, TechTimes profile traces the brothers’ path from an earlier signage venture, which became Realhub, to Realbase. According to the profile, Realhub merged with Campaigntrack in 2020 to form Realbase. Frank Greeff led Realbase as CEO, and the article says the business grew from 40 employees to 400. These details come from that profile; they have not been independently corroborated here.
TechTimes also reports that Domain Group bought Realbase in 2022 for $180 million. The profile’s cited passage does not specify a currency or provide transaction documentation, so the figure should be understood as the publication’s report, not an independently confirmed sale price.
The profile presents the brothers’ experience building and scaling a business as context for their next project. Frank is quoted describing the lessons of starting again: “We saw what it took to start again from scratch. It made us commercial thinkers, hungry to build something lasting.”

The company’s site lists integrations with Gmail, LinkedIn, Slack, WhatsApp, and Instagram. It also advertises search across conversations and contextual linking, which is intended to help users connect a message with relevant information or prior exchanges. These are company-described capabilities; the site listing alone does not establish how well they work in practice.

Frank’s TechTimes profile frames the problem as founders losing time to buried messages and reconstructing old conversations. He is quoted saying Kinso is intended to return that time to strategic work. The quote explains the founders’ pitch; it is not evidence of measured outcomes.

Kinso’s feature list addresses a recognizable workflow: collecting communications, finding past context, drafting responses, and deciding what needs attention. The available account connects Kinso to the Greeff brothers’ earlier work at Realbase and sets out the new service’s proposed role in a founder’s workday. It supports describing Kinso’s stated tools and the founders’ reported history, while leaving the sale figure, product outcomes, and practical performance unverified. A TechTimes claim that message volume grows by approximately 25% annually is not supported there by a named original study or dataset, so it is not a reliable basis for judging the scale of the problem.
