Why some coverage still says Focus Home Interactive
Focus Home Interactive was the company’s earlier corporate name, before the 2022 change to Focus Entertainment. References to that name in older reports therefore describe the same company at an earlier point in its history, not a different successor name. Use the name that applied at the time when describing a dated event.
Was this only a name change?
No. The issuer presented the 2024 renaming alongside organizational changes. Its announcement described a contribution of the long-standing publishing business to a wholly owned company and a new group structure. Those details are the company’s account of the reorganization; the announcement should not be read as independent verification of every implementation step.
