What does Filigran make?
Filigran, founded in 2022 by Samuel Hassine and Julien Richard, develops cybersecurity software. Its two flagship products at the time of the funding announcement were OpenCTI and OpenBAS, which the company presented together as its eXtended Threat Management (XTM) suite.

Those were plans announced in 2024; the funding release does not establish which expansion or product goals were later achieved.

These are company-reported figures from that announcement, not independently audited current metrics or a current customer count. TechCrunch separately reported that OpenCTI had been downloaded millions of times and cited 4,300 cybersecurity-professional contributions.

Is the Series B still Filigran’s latest funding round?
No. Filigran’s newsroom now lists Series C coverage, so the $35 million Series B is a historical funding event, not the company’s latest round. The newsroom listing alone does not establish the Series C’s amount, date, or terms.
