Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) reported standalone net profit of Rs 73.564 billion for the year ended December 31, 2025, up from Rs 64.731 billion in 2024. The board announced the results on January 29, 2026. The headline is FFC’s standalone result—not the larger consolidated group profit—and the board recommended a final cash dividend of Rs 8.50 per share.
What FFC reported for 2025
The company’s standalone financial statements report amounts in rupees thousands, except per-share data. Converted to billions for readability, the comparison is:

Based on the reported amounts, standalone profit increased approximately 13.6% year over year; EPS also rose approximately 13.6%. These are calculations from the disclosed figures, not separate measures reported in the statements. Why the Rs 73.6 billion figure is not the group total
FFC’s consolidated statement reports profit for 2025 of Rs 84.946 billion. Of that amount, Rs 83.171 billion was attributable to FFC equity holders and Rs 1.775 billion to non-controlling interests. Those are consolidated figures and should not be substituted for the Rs 73.564 billion standalone profit headline. The two statements use different reporting bases, so comparisons should identify which figure is being quoted.

Income contributors cited by FFC
In its January 29 results disclosure, FFC identified Rs 22.4 billion of dividend income from subsidiaries and associates and Rs 17.4 billion of investment income as contributors to performance. The company did not characterize these as the sole causes of its result. Its standalone statement also records other income of Rs 39.844 billion, compared with Rs 35.231 billion in 2024.
Urea and DAP production amid an oversupplied market
FFC reported production of 2.903 million tonnes of urea and 837,000 tonnes of diammonium phosphate (DAP) in 2025. Average capacity utilization was 112% for urea and 124% for DAP. The company reported combined offtake of 2.886 million tonnes of urea and 834,000 tonnes of DAP.

FFC described the fertilizer market as oversupplied for most of the year, citing adverse climate conditions, irregular crop yields and farm economics. It said its measures kept it the lowest inventory-carrying fertilizer company throughout the year. That inventory comparison is the company’s own statement; the cited filing does not independently verify it.
The company also reported Rs 110.1 billion in taxes and levies, compared with Rs 94.1 billion in the prior year, and estimated that locally produced fertilizer enabled approximately US$1.2 billion in foreign-exchange savings through import substitution. Both figures are company-reported.

Final cash dividend: recommended, not confirmed as paid
At its January 29, 2026 board meeting, FFC recommended a final cash dividend of Rs 8.50 per share, described as 85%. The announcement said this was in addition to interim dividends of Rs 28.50 per share, or 285%, already paid. The final amount was a recommendation in the results announcement; that announcement alone does not establish that it was subsequently paid.
The original announcement scheduled the annual general meeting for March 16, 2026, and said the final dividend entitlement would go to shareholders on the register as of March 8, 2026. These dates reflect the timetable stated in the filing and do not verify later payment completion. How to read the result
The annual figures show higher standalone turnover, profit and EPS than in 2024, alongside substantial reported urea and DAP output. The consolidated group result is a separate number, and the final dividend was recommended rather than confirmed as paid in the announcement. These reported results do not, by themselves, establish whether FFC shares are fairly valued or whether they suit an individual investor.
