Yes. ABC News reported that court documents said Emily Osment and Jack Anthony had a prenuptial agreement. The agreement’s terms and any specific effect on their divorce settlement have not been disclosed in the reviewed coverage.

What is known about the prenup?

ABC News reported in March 2025 that court documents stated Osment and Anthony had a prenuptial agreement. That reporting establishes that a prenup was reported to exist; it does not reveal its provisions or show how it affected the outcome of the divorce. The agreement itself and details about any property division or support arrangement are not provided in the coverage.

Osment’s brief comment about the split did not address the agreement. ABC News quoted her saying: “I think with any big decision in your life, whether it’s relationships or work or whatever it may be, you have to firmly plant both feet in that decision. Ultimately, it didn’t work out.”

When did Emily Osment file for divorce?

The divorce filing followed a short marriage. The Associated Press reported that Osment and Anthony married on October 12, 2024, and listed their separation date as December 7, 2024. Osment filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on March 7, 2025, citing irreconcilable differences. The AP also reported that the couple had no children.

Is the divorce still pending?

No. The Associated Press reported that a judge’s order dissolving the marriage took effect in September 2025, after the mandatory six-month waiting period. The “announces divorce” wording refers to the 2025 filing; it does not describe a new filing in 2026.
