Dell Technologies、Dell EMC和Dell分别是什么？
Dell Technologies是合并后业务家族的名称，不只是Dell EMC这一业务品牌。按交割前公布的安排，Dell EMC面向企业业务，Dell面向客户端解决方案。交割公告列出的业务与品牌还包括Pivotal、RSA、SecureWorks、Virtustream和VMware；这些名称属于当时公告所描述的合并后业务家族。
EMC股东获得了什么？

戴尔如何为交易融资？
Dell Technologies在2017财年Form 10-K中披露，EMC于2016年9月7日合并后成为Dell Technologies的全资子公司。该年报称，戴尔为交易发行了459亿美元新债务和44亿美元私募普通股。Dell Technologies FY2017 Form 10-K中的这些金额是公司披露的交易融资数据，不是交易对价的逐股构成。
