En julio de 2024, el Ministerio de Trabajo y Economía Social (MITES) anunció una inversión de 1.397.000 euros para crear e integrar una nueva sede electrónica. La cifra fue publicada por CIO y El Nacional; no está confirmada aquí como el importe final de adjudicación. El alcance anunciado incluía actualizar el catálogo de trámites, añadir funcionalidades e integrar la sede con sistemas administrativos existentes. CIO y El Nacional describieron el proyecto ese mes.
¿En qué consiste la inversión anunciada?
Los 1.397.000 euros son la cifra divulgada en la cobertura de julio de 2024 como inversión del Ministerio. No debe confundirse con un importe adjudicado definitivo: las fuentes disponibles no confirman el valor final del contrato ni detallan cuánto se pagó.
La información sobre la licitación publicada por 20minutos aporta contexto sobre contratos TIC del Ministerio, pero es anterior a la cobertura que atribuyó el proyecto a Altia y no confirma por sí misma la adjudicación.
¿Qué cambios se habían previsto para la sede?
Según CIO, el proyecto contemplaba renovar la forma de acceder y gestionar trámites en línea para ciudadanos y empresas. El alcance publicado incluía:

La meta declarada era facilitar y agilizar la gestión telemática, además de mejorar la transparencia, la seguridad y la accesibilidad. Son objetivos anunciados, no resultados medidos.
¿Quién desarrollaría la nueva sede?
CIO atribuyó el proyecto a Altia. La directora de Sector Público de la compañía, Natalia García, expresó satisfacción por colaborar con MITES y presentó un acceso más eficiente y seguro como beneficio esperado para ciudadanos y empresas. Esa declaración es una valoración de la empresa, no una constatación independiente de resultados.

¿Está ya operativa la nueva sede?
La información citada se publicó en julio de 2024 y no permite confirmar si la nueva sede se ha desplegado, cuál es su calendario actual ni qué mejoras ha producido. Tampoco se han documentado cifras de uso, ahorro de tiempo o avances de accesibilidad atribuibles al proyecto.
